Once risks have been imported it's possible to link risks with incidents at the same address thus creating an incident history. The incident history contains not only the dates and types of incidents, but also information on median response and travel times. This provides real-world response data you can use in your deployment decisions.
Select the "Update Incident Histories" from the "Reporting Options" button. Incident histories will be compiled based on the Risks address.
