Professional Networking
Do you wish to discuss your operational measurements with analysts and officers from similar fire departments? NFIRS 5 Alive users who wish to join a professional network can start the process by simply emailing their interest. Matches will begin based on position and department size. Live Training Classes Announced
NFIRS 5 Alive, like any fire service tool, requires training to be used effectively. We take training very seriously here. Your annual support payments underwrite two types of training; 1.) Training videos on this site and 2.) Live Web-base training opportunities.
Although NFIRS 5 Alive users are scattered throughout the country the Internet can bring us together at any time. We intend to use Internet technology to provide the training necessary to make your job easier.
Our next web-based training opportunity will take place on:
Wednesday, August 27th at 1:00pm EDT (10:00am PDT).
This training will cover the analysis features of the new release of NFIRS 5 Alive as well as any questions posed by participants. The training is open to all fire department personnel.
Reservations are required and class size will be limited. To make a reservation simply email, mike@nfirs5.com. Sign-on information will be sent via return email.
Notification of Training Opportunities
The NFIRS 5 Alive support plan includes upgrades and training opportunities. Many of these will be announced in the newsletter, but if you wish to make sure you receive notifications of all software upgrades and training opportunities sign-up in the "Receive our free newsletter" area below.
